Summer Analyst Internships
Horizon Advisory is recruiting for a cohort of Summer Analyst Interns for the summer of 2026. Roles are expected to last from June-August and can be structured as full- or part-time opportunities; opportunities exist to work remotely or in-person in Washington, DC.
Summer internships with Horizon provide an opportunity to contribute to a variety of firm activities and to gain experience across the Horizon product cycle that touches on data collection and structuring, critical analysis, and delivery of insights. Interns will support active data development programs that focus on generating novel datasets from primary source materials and placing fact-based findings in the context of broader industrial policy and geopolitical dynamics. Interns will work on small teams and be expected to collaborate across the organization.
Strong candidates will have familiarity with critical analysis, research writing, and data. Foreign language competency is a benefit, but not required.
Candidates will be considered on a rolling basis.
Fall Internships
Horizon Advisory is recruiting for a cohort of Fall interns for term-time opportunities. Roles are expected to start in September and will be structured as part-time opportunities scoped to align with candidate availability. Term-time internships can be structured as remote or in-person roles in Washington, DC.
Fall internships with Horizon provide an opportunity to contribute to a variety of firm activities and to gain experience across the Horizon product cycle. Based on candidate availability and experience, roles are structured to focus on data, analysis, or product development. Interns will work closely with functional leads on data, analysis, and product development portfolios to contribute to active projects. Interns will be expected to learn quickly, function well in a collaborative environment, and independently manage time and project delivery expectations.
Strong candidates will have demonstrated track records of working with data, delivering novel insights in written analytic products, and/or contributing to the development of structured analytic, data, or software products. Foreign language competency is a benefit, but not required.
Candidates will be considered on a rolling basis.
